Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@aniazwara.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back. Please note, items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll assess the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom items (e.g., special orders, personalized products), and personal care products (e.g., beauty goods). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any doubts or questions about your item, please reach out.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and, after the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new product.
Forfeiture of Payment
If your package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or reasons beyond our control, the payment for your order will be forfeited. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds in such cases, as we have fulfilled our shipping obligations.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
